SharePoint Developer
Full Time Direct Hire
Salary is DOE (target is ~80-100k)

Required Skills / Experience:
• Strong experience with SharePoint 2010-2013
• 2yr+developing with SharePoint Designer and Web Parts
• Mix of experience including: ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, Javascript
• US Citizen and able to pass a criminal background check

Nice to have:
• SharePoint InfoPath and Work Flow Creation
• Windows Server 2008 or later
• Systems Administration
• Bachelor’s Degree

• You will be responsible for building the framework and features of the portal, modify SharePoint templates, build new web parts and write ASP.Net code.
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions using the appropriate and applicable SharePoint web parts utilizing a combination of workflow using 3rd party tools or OTB features and Web Development Technologies
• Design/develop Enterprise applications and redesign existing applications using custom and non-custom SharePoint development implementing local and enterprise wide enhancements and features; identify legacy systems that can be replaced or augmented; implement Design Enterprise search capability
• Create and build custom web parts and web applications to utilize SharePoint features allowing end users to maintain their own content; assist with intranet, extranet and internet SharePoint environments; work with end users and architects on converting various forms of content such as Excel, Word, PDF, etc.
• Analyze information architecture, understanding business requirements and test custom development and make recommendations for 3rd party software add-ons
• Act as technical advisor, diagnose and map business requirements; recommend project approaches; develop collaboration, workflow, forms implementation, project plans and submits time and cost estimates.
• Identify and assist with administrative activities such as site collection creation, user issue resolution / solution, configure and maintain organizational taxonomies, policies and procedures; work with other SharePoint staff to brand, install, debug and maintain necessary code of assigned software; initiate and manage POC’s and prototypes.
