Required Skills/Experience:
• Java and/or C# (mixed environment)
• Web Technologies (Javascript, Angular, ExtJS, jQuery, HTML/CSS)
• Frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, nHibernate, Entity, MVC)
• Web Services experience (REST, SOAP, etc.)
• Databases (SQL Server, DB2, etc.)
• Source control tools (Git, TFS, SVN)
• Agile

Desired Skills/Experience:
• Continuous Integration
• Understanding of application and web hosting technologies such as Azure, AWS, IIS
• Financial Industry
• BSCS or similar

Soft Skills:

Technical position within the Business Technology department that works closely with the business to contribute to the success of the cooperative by designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise IT software and integration solutions. You must have high proficiency in software development principles, languages, web, and database technologies. As part of a small development team in the financial services industry, you will have broad exposure to many aspects of the software development stack, enterprise IT systems, and project management practices. This role will require the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and technologies, in addition to delivering timely, quality solutions. You will need to be innovative and must possess a strong customer-focused vision and “outside the box” thinking, along with a pragmatic and organized approach to delivering the right solutions at the right time.

• Primarily scripting/ writing extensions to existing applications
• Works independently or within a team to design, develop, and test innovative full-stack software and integration solutions
