Salesforce Administrator
Full Time Direct Hire
Salary is DOE (target is ~80-120k Depending on Experience Level)
San Diego, CA 92109 (Pacific Beach)

Required Skills / Experience:
• Production Salesforce Administrator experience
• Data migration experience and data integrity/management skills
• Strategic ability to continually develop new processes and workflows
• Advanced skills in report building and dashboards
• Advanced knowledge of writing Salesforce formulas
• Facilitate training and user adoption
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
• Comfortable with taking on and learning new software as required for the business needs (as with integrating third parties)

• Demonstrated understanding of and experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API
• Experience with Flows and Lightning Process Builder and skill in building custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, etc.
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce tools & technologies – Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein, Alex, Visual Force, JavaScript, Apex API’s, and data loader
• Salesforce.com Advanced Admin certification
• Ability to design, code, test, debug, and maintain software applications
• Experience with APEX
• Additional Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Developer, Platform App Builder)
• Successful experience with the end-to-end implementation of a new instance of Salesforce, including eliciting and vetting complex requirements

Summary / Responsibilities:
We are a growing mortgage company in San Diego, CA. To assist with our growing business and advancing technology, we’re looking to add an experienced Salesforce Administrator to help us strategically build and manage a CRM to support our rapidly growing business. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape business processes, increase efficiency, and unlock data insights in a dynamic business environment.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will influence operational strategy and collaborate with users across the company, create scalable solutions for managing client relationships, and build customized, accessible reports and dashboards for stakeholders at all levels. You’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing internal processes, workflows, and automation, working with business, technical, and customer-focused teams as a key partner.
• Partner with leadership and individual contributors to understand our CRM needs at a strategic and tactical level
• Working alongside our current Systems Administrator, you will:
o Design, develop, test, and maintain complex solutions using custom objects, workflow rules, validation rules, processes, flows, etc. in Salesforce and related applications
o Serve as a systems administrator for our SalesForce CRM and manage day-to-day operations (user configurations, profiles, role hierarchy, groups, data storage, sharing, security controls, etc.)
o Provide outstanding internal support on system issues including system availability, maintenance, and performance optimization. Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations to address evolving business needs
o Document requirements, design, and analyze a broad range of reports or queries. Design reports related to internal systems for management and audit purposes
o Utilize AppExchange and assist with the implementation, development, and user-adoption and training with third-party apps
o Assist with Data Import Wizard and/or Data Loader for data imports and exports
