Summary:
We are looking for a full stack developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a full stack developer, you should be comfortable around both middle-ware and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with an ability for visual design and utility. Being able to put yourself in the shoes of the customer to guide your development is critical.

We are looking for someone that is comfortable with requirement gathering, architecting/designing, and implementing both frontend and backend services. You’ll be part of an agile development team building solar and battery storage controls platforms for both the operational aspects and customer portals. As part of day-to-day job functions, you will use different languages, platforms and frameworks including but not limited to Go/Golang, Python, Javascript (React/React-Native), GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Grafana.

Responsibilities:
• Design/Enhance/Rebuild/Refactor controls platforms for solar and storage projects on multiple scales
• Contribute and lead the development of the agile software engineering processes
• Be proactive in writing tests and conducting testing to ensure quality production code and test drive development
• Assist other members of the engineering team in the integration of various backend and frontend components
• Bridge the gap between energy storage and renewable projects and the software that operates them
• Interface with different systems and optimize their interactions
• Help develop the agile software engineering processes
• Propose optimization procedures and processes for improving software architecture
