Banking Systems Support Analyst / Administrator
Direct Hire
Salary is DOE, target is ~80-95k and 3% bonus
Remote / Work from Home

• Banking Systems Analysis / Support / Administration Experience
• Experience supporting / utilizing applications including a mix of:
o Core Banking Systems (Horizon, IBS, etc.)
o eBanking Systems (Business eBanking – BeB, Digital One)
o Service Desk / Help Desk tools (ServiceDesk Plus)
o CRMs and/or Databases (Salesforce, Oracle, SQL Server)
• Ability to work across lines of business to create and develop business requirements and design specifications
• Understand the basic principles of Business Process Management

Nice to have:
• Strong knowledge of FIS Suite of products
• Understand the basic principles of Usability and Design
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in business, computer science, communications, or similar

This is a technical position supporting the bank’s core processing, and related business systems. You must think critically to understand and solve complex problems based on a thorough understanding of currently deployed bank systems. You will also maintain knowledge of available systems not currently deployed and leverage this knowledge in proposing future-state solutions to management.

• Provides tier two application support to employees related to production incidents, collaborating with other internal staff and vendors on a resolution
• Works within a Service Desk environment, utilizing the service management tool to track and resolve Tier II requests, changes and problems in an efficient manner
• May review system user activity and various department reporting on a periodic basis, ensuring proper procedure was followed and supporting documentation has been archived.
• Conducts system access reviews ensuring user access is granted and permissioned appropriately
• Support bank automation systems by working closely with multiple departments and providing support for client inquiries and requests
• Collaborates on projects with other business units to enhance, customize, maintain and support software systems and applications
• Interacts with Project Managers from multiple organizations to track project progress, identify risks, communicate risks and status, and assess potential impacts to the business
• Designs, develops, and implements new business processes to support deposit operations and payment teams
• Possesses the ability to track, maintain and complete multiple requests in an efficient manner with constant reprioritization based on needs of supported business units
• Maintains current knowledge of all federal and state laws and regulations, along with the Bank’s policies and procedures
